主讲《物流系统论》《物流系统规划与设计》《Logistics and Supply Chain Management》等本科、硕士和博士课程。1997年被邀请到中南海为国务院领导讲课。曾为国家级特色专业、国家级教学团队、国家级精品课程、国家精品资源共享课程负责人。2011年获国际采购与供应管理联盟（IFPSM）颁发的Hans Ovelgönne - Purchasing Research Award，作为第一完成人获北京市高校教学成果二等奖2项，代表作《物流系统论》获北京市第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
主要研究方向：物流与供应链管理、电子商务与现代物流等，主持国家社科基金重点项目《全球供应链重构及我国对策研究》，主持完成国家重点研发项目子课题2项、国家科技支撑项目子课题2项，主持完成国家发改委落实习近平总书记批示的“揭榜挂帅”项目《国家“十四五”冷链物流发展规划》，主持完成国家标准《物流术语》的制定（GB/T18354—2001）和修订（GB/T18354—2021）。发表学术论文100多篇，其中在《管理世界》及Production and Operations Management、Packaging Technology and Science等发表论文30多篇，多篇论文被《新华文摘》等全文转载。
Mr. He Mingke, professor at School of E-Business and Logistics of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), Ph.D. in Economics, Ph.D. supervisor, is an expert enjoying the Special Government Allowance of the State Council of China and a Prominent Educator of Beijing. He is also served as the deputy director of Steering Committee on Teaching Programs of Logistics Management and Engineering for Higher Education of Ministry of Education of China. He used to be vice president of Beijing Wuzi University, dean of Business School, director of Graduate School, director of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, and director of Science and Technology Division of BTBU. As the founding vice president, he used to be the vice president of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the Vice president of China Society of Logistics, the vice president of China Association of Warehousing and Distribution, and member of Supply Chain Expert Committee of Ministry of Commerce of China. He was visiting professor at School of Business, Economics and Law of the University of Gothenburg of Sweden in 2002-2006.
Prof. He teaches such undergraduate, master and doctoral courses as Logistics System Theory, Logistics System Planning and Design, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, etc. In 1997, he was invited to give a lecture in Zhongnanhai to top leaders of the State Council of China. He was the team leader of National Feature Teaching Program, National Teaching Team, National Excellent Course and National Excellent Resource-sharing Course. In 2011, he was awarded the Hans Ovelgonne-Purchasing Research Award issued by International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management, and as the first awardee he won 2 second prizes of Teaching Achievements in higher education of Beijing. He won the second prize in the 8th Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievements Award with his representative research work monograph Logistics System Theory.
His main research interests lie in logistics and supply chain management, e-commerce and modern logistics etc.. He is presiding over a key research project supported by the National Social Science Fund-Global Supply Chain Reconfiguration and Chinese Countermeasures, presided and completed over 2 sub-research-projects of a National Key Research and Development Project and 2 sub-research-projects of a National Science and Technology Support Project. He was delegated to preside over the research project Cold Chain Logistics Development of China in the 14th Five-year-plan Period which is dedicated to fulfilling the instruction of President Xi Jinping. Prof. He led and completed the compilation (GB/T18354—2001)and its revision (GB/T18354—2021) of National Standard-Logistics Terminology. He has published more than 100 research papers, more than 30 of which have been published in such top journals as Management World, Production and Operations Management, Packaging Technology and Science, and some of them have been reprinted in full by Xinhua Abstracts.
